Registered Dietitians complete a comprehensive assessment which includes gathering medical, family and social history, lab work, medicines, current physical symptoms, weight related history, current diet knowledge and recommended diets. We review your current diet to determine if you are meeting or exceeding your calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, fluid and micronutrient needs to guide nutrition recommendations and goal setting with clients. We provide nutrition education and counselling for making sustainable changes to improve nutrition and health.

Dietitians undergo comprehensive and rigorous training, both during a minimum four-year university degree and a one-year Internship. Dietitians are held accountable to the highest standards of education and ethics, which means we look beyond fads and gimmicks to deliver reliable, life-changing advice.

Registered Dietitians are Regulated Health Professionals under the Health Professionals Act. and are governed by the College of Dietitians of Alberta.

Kelly has a special interest in nutrition for brain health and healthy aging. She specializes in seniors nutrition and care of individuals with complex health needs. She has helped countless caregivers and family members manage and understood special diets. She also has a passion for helping those with neurodivergence, developmental disability, and mental health diagnoses.

Kelly’s practice focuses on adults but also includes families with children. Kelly has a holistic approach to care and believes that every person deserves to know the facts about food and nutrition in order to stop “stressing and guessing.”

With over 14 years of practice, you can feel confident with expert advice on not only nutrition, but with navigating health and well-being.

All clients receive a written copy of nutrition recommendations after each appointment.

Home visits are available in Edmonton & area.

Direct billing to minimize or eliminate out of pocket costs.
